Circuit Prins of Wales (Veyrier du Lac, Thônes, La Clusaz) (2)
From the beginning of the 20th century, our mountain regions have attracted a large number
of holidaymakers and adventurers, such as the Windsors who gave the name of the "Prince of Wales".
With the creation of the "Impérial Palace" casino in Annecy, the PLM railway company opened
the mythical road of the Col des Aravis at an altitude of 1486M.
Today this itinerary offers us a look at authentic villages, resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand),
in which the champions never ceased to make us dream, in addition to a Flora and Fauna specific
to our mountain regions.
